Peter Pesce
Owner
Peter founded American Restoration Group Inc. after growing up working with his Dad in construction, specifically Masonry. His passion for construction is contagious and has spread throughout his company. Although it has not always been easy Peter has led American Restoration Group Inc. to being one of the fastest growing remodeling companies in the Chicagoland area.
Matt Schmidt
General Manager
Matt joined the business with a vision of change. To raise the bar of the construction industry through sharing in the owner's vision of quality and an exceptional customer experience. Although sometimes hard headed, his intentions remain the same, putting the customer first, in everything we do!
Tony Pesce
Director of Masonry
Tony grew up in Argentina and immigrated to the States when he was 19 years old. He started learning his craft for Masonry work here in the states and has established himself as a Master Mason with over 35 years of experience! We are blessed to have his experience in an important trade where quality craftsmen are limited.
Janet Hardin
Office Manager
Janet came to ARGI with an extensive background in construction, finance and management. She is our longest tenured employee and much of our success is due to her tenaciousness in keeping ARGI organized and efficient. She wears several hats within the company and is truly the glue that holds us together.
Dean Neilson
Sales Manager
Dean was born and raised in Louisiana where he spent over 25 years in the windows and doors industry. He has an extensive background in sales and sales management within many sectors of the construction industry. His focus on the growth and development of his team is critical to our mission of providing the BEST customer experience possible! Thankfully, this company is what it claims to be. Most of my interactions were with Peter. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, and followed through on his commitments. The entire process took a little over a month, mostly due to unpredictable weather. With something as personal as your home, you can’t be too cautious, but I’d happily recommend this company to others, and will use them for future repairs.
