As a part of our sales team you will:

• Learn how to be an expert in exterior remodeling sales.
• Work with homeowners to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies.
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership team.
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction.
• No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided.
• Prior customer service experience is encouraged.

Valid Driver’s License and not be afraid of heights
